“When I had a new kitchen installed recently I engaged Leonard Ross to remove part of a wall dividing the kitchen from the family room and install an archway Leonard discussed what was involved and provided a very reasonable quote.

Because the wall had been previously modified in an unorthodox way, the task turned out to be rather more involved end time-consuming than Leonard could have anticipated, with the result that the quoted price was probably very cheap. Leonard nonetheless completed the work to my full satisfaction, without complaint. He also completed additional work for a modest charge. The kitchen itself was installed by a kitchen company, but Leonard offered suggestions which very considerably improved the final result. I was not entirely satisfied with the kitchen company’s work and decided on a modification I asked Leonard to return and complete the modifation, He prepared a plan and supplied and fitted the new materials and I was again pleased with the result.”
